What is the return policy?
Holiday Extended Return Policy
Orders placed from Nov 1st, 2022, until Dec 15th, 2022 (“Offer Period”) are eligible for return within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Offer Period are eligible for Mejuri’s 30-day return policy.
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
All below items are non-returnable:
Engraved and monogrammed products
Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
For purchases made on mejuri.com, you can return your purchases online and in-store.
In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase
These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. If you are unable to visit a retail location, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
Have an account?
Great! Login and head over to your Mejuri account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!
What does this mean?
Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 3-4 business days!
Yay! Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.
Oh, looks like your order has a backorder or made-to-order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your Mejuri piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first (applies for US/Canada only)
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
What is the exchange policy?
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.

Do you have a warranty?
Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution.
We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 2-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mejuri.
1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Mejuri.com and/or Mejuri stores) are not covered under Mejuri’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work. Although we do not offer any repair or resizing service, if your Mejuri piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please send your order number and a photo of the defective piece to email@example.com!
