Returns + Exchanges

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products

  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

  • Gift cards

  • Jewelry Care Kit

For purchases made on mejuri.com, you can return your purchases online and in-store.

In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase

These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. If you are unable to visit a retail location, please email contact@mejuri.com.

* Please note that online purchase does not include Buy Online Pickup In-Store purchase.

Returning your own purchase

If you have an account

  1. Log into your Mejuri account and select "My Orders"

  2. Find your order and click "Return Items"

  3. Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup!

If you do not have an account

  1. No worries, you can create one now and follow the above steps, OR

  2. Based on where the order was originally shipped to, you can click one of the following and initiate a return!

Returning a gifted piece

We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at contact@mejuri.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)

  2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from

  3. The email address associated with your Mejuri account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking here.

Returning your purchase

Have your order number handy - found in your confirmation email! Bring your item and our team will help you with the return. See if a nearby store is accepting returns.

Returning a gifted piece

We offer store credit for gift orders, as long as items are returned within the 30-days of the delivered date. Bring in your gifted piece along with the order number. Find the store nearest to you here!

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Online Purchase

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.

In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase

These orders can be exchanged in-store only.

Online Return

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! For more details, please check our Payments FAQs here!

In-Store Return

Your return will be processed the same day, however, it may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days for the fund to appear on your end.

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Mejuri cannot reship or store non-Mejuri items mistakenly sent as returns.
