We offer complimentary jewelry cleaning at all of our stores, no appointment necessary. Simply bring in your Mejuri piece, and our team will be happy to clean it for you on the spot, free of charge.

We clean a wide range of materials including 14K and 10K gold, 18k gold vermeil, sterling silver, titanium, steel, natural and lab diamonds, gemstones, opals, emeralds, pearls, enamel, and ceramic.

Our complimentary cleaning service, available at our stores, uses methods tailored to your piece, including a soft dry cloth, polishing cloth, warm soapy water, our jewelry care kit, and ultrasonic cleaning when suitable. The method depends on the material, design, and any stones in your jewelry.

For instance, delicate stones like opals receive extra-gentle care, while gold and sterling silver can withstand more thorough cleaning. Before we begin, our team carefully assesses each item to ensure it is cleaned safely and effectively.
