FIXING EARRING CLOSURES AND BACKINGS
Accidents happen–and with regular wear, you may notice that your earring closures and backings can loosen over time. Luckily for you–this is a quick fix.
We promise, it’s easier than it looks. Simply use your fingers to gently press the two metal circles together. As they close, they’ll secure tightly around the earring post, giving it that perfect grip again. Let’s break it down:
Step 1
Locate the dip on your post; it will be at either the top or the bottom.
Step 2
If the dip is at the top, gently push upward (just a tiny bit), then close it and check for a 'click' to ensure it’s secure.
Step 3
Do the same for the other earring, repeating the steps until you hear the 'click'.
