Free shipping is applicable only to first time orders shipped within the United States and Canada; we're unable to make any exceptions to this. This offer is for first time customers only; Mejuri can determine this by email, shipping address, or any other number of indicators and will cancel orders that have previously been shipped product should they use this code. Mejuri reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. Orders that do not use the code are not eligible for this promotion and it cannot be applied retroactively. You may not combine this offer with any other promotions, coupons, discounts, referral credit or any other non-purchased credit. Gift credit (gift cards) is the only type of credit able to be combined with free shipping. Mejuri reserves the right to merge orders going to the same address into one shipment, cancel any orders deemed fraudulent or that contain multiple discounts and thereby go against these terms.

The return policy remains the same for orders purchased during this promotion. We offer quick and easy returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, make sure that your return is back at our facilities within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact.

United States + Canada: Your return is on us (a.k.a free returns on all orders).

Europe + Australia: There will be a flat $20 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.

International (other): There will be a flat $30 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.

Please note that our Engravable pieces are not eligible for return.
