MOTHER'S DAY ORDER DEADLINES
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. They do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier end (including traffic, weather conditions, and surge in delivery volume).
LAST ORDER DATE TO RECEIVE BY MAY 12TH, 2023
Our products have varying processing times (because sometimes, we make them just for you!). Please check the product-specific page to be fully aware of the expected ship date and product stock availability (in stock, made-to-order, or shipping later) as it does vary by product and size.
In-Stock: It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! Please find the destination country listed below and its corresponding last order dates.
Shipping Later: Place your order now, and we will add it to the queue to be shipped as soon as they are available. Be sure to note the estimated ship date indicated on the product page.
Made-to-Order: We begin crafting the piece once the order is placed. Your order will ship by the date indicated on the product page.
For orders shipping to the US and Canada, if you're purchasing multiple products and notice that their shipping dates are different, your order may be split in two if the dates differ by more than 7 business days. If they differ by less than 7 business days, the order will be shipped once all items are available at the latest date indicated. This rule does not apply to orders shipping to other countries; they will ship when all products are ready to ship and will not be split. We’re not able to accommodate requests to split international orders into multiple shipments.
Depending on the zip code, the courier may take extra days to deliver your package.
Orders shipped outside of Canada, United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may incurr duties and taxes that you will be responsible for. Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
CANADA
In-Stock Items: EXPRESS SHIPPING - If purchased by Tuesday, May 09th, 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by May 10th to receive by May 12th.
In-Stock Monogrammed + Engraved Items: If purchased by Sunday, May 07th, 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by May 10th to receive by May 12th. Unless displayed otherwise on Mejuri.com.
CANADA (Remote)
In-Stock Items: EXPRESS SHIPPING - If purchased by Sunday, May 07th, 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by May 11th to receive by May 12th.
In-Stock Monogrammed + Engraved Items: If purchased by Thursday, May 04th, 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by May 10th to receive by May 12th. Unless displayed otherwise on Mejuri.com.

Didn't create a Mejuri account yet? No problem! - you can create a Mejuri account anytime with the same email address used to place the order for status updates. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information to keep an eye on its activity (we know patience is hard when it comes to something so damn fine)

RETURN POLICY
We offer quick and easy FREE 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and Germany! Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return.
RETURN GUIDELINES
All returned products must have their original tags attached (if any), have no signs of use or wear, be in their original, undamaged condition and have their original packaging intact. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging as well as the same shipping box (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes. Engraved or monogrammed products are not eligible for return or refund at any time. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. We may deny a return, at our sole discretion, should returned products not meet the return guidelines.
