Although we do our best, estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed due to a high volume of orders. Keep in mind that our shipping estimates are based on typical shipping timelines. They do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier end (including Canada Post, FedEx and DHL).

Our products have varying processing times (because sometimes, we make them just for you!). Please check the product specific page to be fully aware of the expected processing times and product state (in stock, made to order or backordered) as it does vary by product and size.

Orders shipping to the US & Canada are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped from our facilities.
  • In stock items: if purchased by Feb 11st 11:59pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by Feb 12th to receive by Feb 13th. Please note this is an express shipping option.
  • Monogrammed + Engraved items: If purchased by Feb 8th, your product is estimated to arrive by Feb 13th. Unless displayed otherwise on Mejuri.com.
  • Engagement + Wedding Bands: These items are made to order and requires extra production time. Your order will ship by the date indicated on the product page.
  • If you're purchasing multiple products and you notice that their shipping dates are different, your order may be split in two. This will be indicated in your Mejuri profile once the order is placed. You can also use this as a general rule: if the dates differ by more than 7 business days, they will be split into two shipments. If they differ by less than 7 business days, the order will be shipped once all items are available, at the latest date indicated. This rule does not apply for international orders; all international orders will ship when all products are ready to ship and will not be split. We’re not able to accommodate requests to split international orders into multiple shipments.
  • Keep in mind that Ring Sizers are shipped via regular parcel and take 5-10 business days to arrive on your end!
  • All shipments timelines are subject to weather and courier conditions. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on the date indicated.

  • Orders shipping to Australia are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • In stock items: if purchased by Feb 6th, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by Feb 7th.
  • Monogrammed + Engraved items: if purchased by Feb 5th, your product is estimated to arrive by Feb 13th. Unless displayed otherwise on Mejuri.com.

  • Keep in mind that depending on the zip code, the courier may take extra days to deliver your package - for remote and/or very rural areas, your order may be transitioned to a more local courier in your area which can increase the shipping time by 1-3 business days. Be sure to keep an eye on shipment updates on the courier tracking page!

    Didn't create a Mejuri account yet? No problem - you can create a Mejuri account anytime with the same email address used to place the order for status updates. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information to keep an eye on its activity (we know patience is hard when it comes to something so damn fine)
