The diameter looks a bit smaller than it does on the model. Like from the gem to the size of the ring, I’m a very small person and it still looks like the gem is smaller and the ring is snugger on me. However, there’s no snagging on any clasp ridges, it’s perfectly seamless. The earring fits so nicely and hasn’t irritated my skin at all. I think the only thing is that it appears about 20-30% smaller than what’s in the photo, but overall it’s such a safe and beautiful choice for a cartilage piercing. Also the carat size of the Diamond is very affordable. A stud earring at that size typically sets you back $270-350
