Awful, not easy to loosen/tighten, no returns, don’t buy

I made the mistake of engraving this as a simple 20 year gift for my husband and I. Big mistake. You can’t get this thing on or take it off by yourself. So the only option is to just keep it on permanently. Even with my husband helping me it was difficult, time consuming, and frustrating to attempt to loosen and tighten. Since it was engraved they wouldn’t even consider a refund or store credit. If you are going to sell a bracelet, at least make it something you can put on and take off. And if there is a clear issue, consider listening to your customer rather than totally denying their request. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
