Product Information
TLC is always needed! Be sure to check out our Jewelry Care Guide page HERE.
For quick touch-ups, use the polishing cloth included with every order. The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent designed to lift dirt, oil, and residue from the surface of your jewelry. Gently rub the surface using the cloth to restore its shine.
Please note: do not wash the polishing cloth, as this will reduce its effectiveness. Keep it out of reach of children, and always wash your hands after use to ensure any residual cleaning agent is removed.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth - this simply means it is working properly!

White gold gets its silvery-white color from rhodium plating but is naturally yellow. Over time, that plating can wear off, revealing the gold’s natural warmth.
Common causes:
- •
Rhodium wear: Daily use gradually thins the rhodium layer.
- •
Chemicals: Perfume, lotion, chlorine, and cleaning products speed up wear.
- •
Skin oils and sweat: Acidity can dull or discolor the finish.
- •
Friction: Contact with other surfaces or jewelry accelerates fading.
How to fix it:
- •
Re-rhodium plating: A jeweler can reapply the rhodium coating to restore its bright white shine.
- •
Care tips: Remove jewelry before swimming or applying lotion, store it in a soft pouch, and clean it gently.
- 1.
Testing procedures may differ by supplier in alignment with their internal quality control systems, but each manufacturing partner verifies metal composition at key stages of production using industry-standard analytical methods.
- 2.
Once jewelry arrives at Mejuri’s facilities, it is carefully inspected by our Quality Assurance team. As part of this process, each style undergoes X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing, a highly reliable and precise method used to test the metal composition of the piece.
- 3.
Where required by law, such as in the UK, our pieces are independently assayed and hallmarked to certify precious metal content.
- 4.
Every piece we sell is stamped according to its karatage (e.g., 10k or 14k).
XRF technology works by analyzing how metals respond to X-rays. This allows us to check the metal and confirm its exact percentage makeup. XRF is considered one of the most advanced and dependable testing methods in the fine jewelry industry because it provides accurate, measurable results within seconds without damaging or altering the jewelry. Unlike traditional testing methods that may require filing or chemical solutions, XRF preserves the integrity of the piece while delivering detailed compositional data.
10K gold must contain 41.7% pure gold, and 14K gold must contain 58.5% pure gold.
These minimum gold percentages are mandatory, and we do not accept any items that fall below these requirements. While additional metals such as copper and silver are blended with gold to enhance strength and color (and may vary slightly between batches), the gold content must always meet our specified standards.
When an item is hallmarked 14k or 10k, it is solid gold through and through. Even our hollow-form pieces are crafted entirely from solid gold to meet these strict purity standards. We never substitute solid gold with plating or lower-karat alloys. We clearly label our gold vermeil items separately, as transparency is the cornerstone of our brand.
Custom Design
We're not able to accommodate custom design at the moment but we encourage you to join our newsletter - we launch new products weekly so you'll definitely find something you love!
Custom Sizing
The sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we're able to offer at this time.
Custom Engraving
We currently only offer the font styles shown on the individual product pages for engravable items. The maximum number and the type of characters used are outlined on each product page under ‘Description and Details!‘. We do not provide engraving services after the fact for pieces that have already been shipped or purchased in-store.
Kindly note that we may cancel your order should the engraving request includes any profanity or derogatory words.
Ring
While we can never be certain of your size without having physically measured your finger or trying on one of our rings in store, we do have a few handy tricks that may help you determine either your ring sizer or the ring size of a loved one!
If you already have a ring with the perfect fit, whether it was gifted or an heirloom piece, grab a ruler and measure the internal diameter. Then, cross-reference with our sizing chart here

Everchanging factors such as global supply chain disruption, inflation, and cost fluctuation of raw materials such as gold and diamonds may impact our prices from time to time. We continue to monitor production factors and do our absolute best to always give you high-quality products at accessible prices.
Our authenticity tag ensures your piece arrives unworn and in its original condition. Any minor residue left behind from the tag is easy to remove: just gently rub it with your finger, a soft cloth, or a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Our Mejuri Cleaning Kit will also do the trick.
