We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a two-year warranty from the date of original purchase for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mejuri.
To submit a warranty claim please reach out to contact@mejuri.com with the following details:

Brief description of the issue and when or how it happened

Important
By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a refund equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
Third-party vendor: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Mejuri.com (http://Mejuri.com) and/or Mejuri stores or pop-ups) may be subject to a different warranty policy. Please check the details from where the item was purchased.
Third-party services: Leveraging a third party repair service will void Mejuri’s warranty. Mejuri does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2024, the return window is extended until January 31, 2025. Outside of this period, we offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany, starting from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up in-store.
Return requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
- For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included or it will be returned back to the sender
- Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

Great! Login and head over to your Mejuri account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team and we will do our best to support you.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations.
Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
Online Purchase
Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.
