We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a two-year warranty from the date of original purchase for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mejuri.

To submit a warranty claim please reach out to contact@mejuri.com with the following details.

• Order number

• Name of the product

• Brief description of the damage and location of it

• Clear photos of the product (1 photo of the entire item and 1 close-up of the defect area)

Important

1. If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable, a refund will be provided.
2. In order for us to continue improving, we require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.
3. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Mejuri.com and/or Mejuri stores or pop-ups) are not covered under Mejuri’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
4. Products worked on by outside jewellers voids any potential for replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent is removed.

It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.
