- Cord thickness: 1.5 mm- Bar Length: 15 mm- Bar Width: 4.3 mm- Engrave up to 3 characters- Orientation: Right Aligned- Free (Optional) Engraving- Engraving Characters: Alphanumeric, spaces, &, -, + and .- Note: Engraving is optional (complimentary) and not eligible for returns.- Engraving font: Bodoni MT.To Open: While holding the single cord at the back of the bracelet, hold one knot and slide it towards the metal. Repeat on the other side so the bracelet is loose. Do not manually loosen the knots.To Close: Grasp one knot in one hand and one of the double cords in the other. Slide the knot away from the metal to tighten. Repeat on the other side, adjusting each side as needed for an even fit.

Awful, not easy to loosen/tighten, no returns, don’t buy
I made the mistake of engraving this as a simple 20 year gift for my husband and I. Big mistake. You can’t get this thing on or take it off by yourself. So the only option is to just keep it on permanently. Even with my husband helping me it was difficult, time consuming, and frustrating to attempt to loosen and tighten. Since it was engraved they wouldn’t even consider a refund or store credit. If you are going to sell a bracelet, at least make it something you can put on and take off. And if there is a clear issue, consider listening to your customer rather than totally denying their request. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
