Do you offer an extended holiday return policy?

Orders placed from Nov 1st, 2025 until Dec 31st, 2025 (“Extended Return Period”) are eligible for return or exchange through Jan 31st, 2026 subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Extended Return Period are subject to Mejuri’s standard 30-day return and exchange policy. What items are excluded from the sale?

Gift cards, piercing services, or Mejuri x Made Some apparel are excluded from the sale.

Can I combine my discount code with the sale?

Black Friday discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, promotions, referral credits, ambassador discounts, review credit or any other form of promotion or price reduction.

Can I use gift cards or store credit for my Black Friday purchase?

You are welcomed to use both gift cards and existing store credit to pay for any items purchased during our Black Friday sale.

Can I put an item on hold at a nearby Mejuri store?

We are unable to place items on hold for later purchase. However, you can secure the item right now by placing an order for Buy Online, Pickup In-Store), provided the item shows as available at your preferred location. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready!
