Impossible to return items from UK
The ring is lovely, but Mejuri's return policy statement is misleading. As I found out after buying the ring, DHL UK do not accept return shipments of jewellery. It took endless emails with your customer services to resolve. None of your customer services team appeared to be aware of the problem, which I find concerning. Although I love Mejuri's jewellery I will be unable to purchase any other product from you as I am resident in the UK & have no confidence that I would be able to return an item.
