Holiday Return Policy:


HOW DOES IT WORK?

Terms and conditions apply. Orders placed on www.mejuri.com or in any Mejuri stores from Nov 21st, 2024 11:00 PM EST until Dec 3rd, 2024 2:59 AM EST (the “BFCM Sale Period”) are eligible for a 25% off (before taxes) Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion with a minimum spend of €100 per transaction before tax. The discount is automatically applied at time of checkout; no code or login is required. Just add your picks to your cart and see the discount apply!


Kindly note that once an order has been submitted, it cannot be combined with past orders and/or new orders placed during or outside of the BFCM Sale Period. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched from our facilities. To know if your order has been processed, you can check your Mejuri profile or reach out to our Customer Experience team at contact@mejuri.com.


While quantities last during the BFCM Sale Period only. No rainchecks or substitutions. Availability and selection may vary. Offer has no cash value. Offer may be canceled or changed without notice.


EXCLUSIONS

Physical, digital gift cards, piercing service fees and/or other in-store services fees are excluded from the promotion.


COMBINING DISCOUNTS

25% off discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, promotions, referral credits, ambassador discounts, review credits or any other form of promotion or price reduction.


EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed from Nov 1st, 2024 until Dec 31st, 2024 (“Extended Return Period”) are eligible for return through Jan 31st, 2025 subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Extended Return Period are subject to Mejuri’s standard 30-day return policy. Please see the return guidelines below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.


RETURN GUIDELINES

All returned products must have their original tags attached (if any), have no signs of use or wear, be in their original, undamaged condition and have their original packaging intact. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging as well as the same shipping box (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set; individual items of a set are not eligible for return.


Engraved or monogrammed products are not eligible for return or refund at any time. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. We may deny a return, in our sole discretion, should returned products not meet the return guidelines.



Standard Return Policy:


We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up in store. Please note that orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.


RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

  • For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included or it will be returned back to the sender


All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products

  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


Mejuri does not accept unauthorized returns and such items will be returned to sender without Mejuri bearing any liability or responsibility for any associated loss.


RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you. Mejuri uses third party delivery and courier services for orders placed through the Sites and is not liable for shipments indicated as delivered by a courier but not received by a customer.

RETURNING GIFT PURCHASES

We offer store credit for returning gift orders, an order number is required. Please note, orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.


EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our retail locations offer 30-day exchanges for both online and in-store purchases. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy. We do not currently offer exchanges online.


MISTAKENLY RETURNING A NON-MEJURI ITEM

Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Mejuri cannot reship non-Mejuri items mistakenly sent to us.


INCLUDING THE SCS CERTIFICATE IN YOUR RETURN

The SCS certificate establishes the standards for sustainable practices in the production and trade of lab-grown diamonds and is specific to each piece. Without this certificate, the piece loses its validity and value. Any Lab Grown Diamonds returned without the SCS certificate will be sent back to the customer.


UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Mejuri reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to personalized or final sale items, and to return said items to the sender. Mejuri is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed or abandoned and will not issue a refund for the underlying item(s).

In the event that Mejuri identifies an atypical pattern or practice of excessive returns or abuse of its return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future returns or use of our Sites (or any portion thereof).
