Extended Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed from Nov 1st, 2024 until Dec 31st, 2024 (“Extended Return Period”) are eligible for return through Jan 31st, 2025 subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Extended Return Period are subject to Mejuri’s standard 30-day return policy. Please see below return guidelines to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.
Return Guidelines
All returned products must have their original tags attached (if any), have no signs of use or wear, be in their original, undamaged condition and have their original packaging intact. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging as well as the same shipping box (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes.
Engraved or monogrammed products are not eligible for return or refund at any time. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. We may deny a return, in our sole discretion, should returned products not meet the return guidelines.
For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2024, the return window is extended until January 31, 2025. Outside of this period, we offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany, starting from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up in-store.
Return requirements
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included or it will be returned back to the sender
Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in
All below items are non-returnable:
Engraved and monogrammed products
Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
Gift cards

Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

Returning a gift? We offer store credit for returning gift orders. Select the country above in which the order was originally shipped to and you'll have the option to select "Returning a gift". An order number is required. Please note, orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.
Returning in-store
Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt with you. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the SCS certificate for Lab Grown Diamond pieces.
Returning online
If you made a purchase in-store and are unable to visit a retail location, please email contact@mejuri.com as these purchases cannot be initiated online by customers.
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
Online Purchase
Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.
In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase
These orders can be exchanged in-store only.
Online Return
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! For more details, please check our Payments FAQs here!
In-Store Return
Your return will be processed the same day, however, it may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days for the funds to appear on your end.
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Mejuri cannot reship or store non-Mejuri items mistakenly sent as returns.
