Promotion: The Stacking Event — Additional 5% Discount Code

These Terms and Conditions govern the additional 5% promotional discount code (the "Code") offered by Mejuri Inc. ("Mejuri", "we", "us") in connection with The Stacking Event promotional period. By redeeming the Code, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion details

The Code entitles the recipient to an additional 5% discount on eligible purchases made during The Stacking Event (April 20–26, 2026), which offers up to 25% off selected items. The Code may be applied on top of The Stacking Event base discount, for a combined saving of up to 30% off eligible items.

The Code TAKE5 is valid for use online at mejuri.com (http://mejuri.com) and in participating Mejuri retail stores between April 20, 2026 and April 26, 2026 (9:00 AM - 11:59 PM Pacific Time).

2. Eligibility

The Code is issued exclusively to selected Mejuri customers who have opted in to receive marketing communications from Mejuri. It is personal to the recipient and is not transferable. Mejuri reserves the right to verify eligibility and to void any Code it reasonably believes has been obtained or used in an unauthorized manner.

3. Code redemption

Online: Code TAKE5 will automatically appear at checkout on mejuri.com (http://mejuri.com). The Code must remain applied before the order is placed. It cannot be applied to orders already placed or retrospectively.

In store: Present the Code (as shown in the email) to a Mejuri store associate at the time of purchase. The Code must be presented prior to completing the transaction.

The Code is limited to one (1) use per customer. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

4. Exclusions

The Code cannot be applied to:

  Shipping and delivery charges

  Items already excluded from The Stacking Event base promotion

  Any other promotions, offers, or discounts (except The Stacking Event base discount, with which it is intended to be combined)

  Previous purchases

Mejuri reserves the right to update the list of excluded items at any time.

5. Combination with other offers

The Code is intended to be used in combination with The Stacking Event base discount only. It may not be combined with any other promotional code, offer, discount, or loyalty reward unless otherwise stated by Mejuri in writing.

6. Validity period

The Code is valid from 9:00 AM Eastern Time on April 20, 2026 until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 26, 2026. Any redemption attempted outside of this period will not be honoured. Mejuri is not responsible for any Code that is lost, expired, or used without authorization.

7. Modification and cancellation

Mejuri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it reasonably suspects fraud or misuse. In such circumstances, Mejuri will not be liable to any customer for any loss or damage arising from such modification, suspension, or cancellation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mejuri shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Code, including any technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized use by a third party.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Mejuri's Privacy Policy, available at mejuri.com/company/privacy (http://mejuri.com/company/privacy).

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Customers in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom should note that local consumer protection laws may also apply.
