  • What is your shipping policy?
  • We offer International Insured Shipping through one of the following couriers:

    DHL Express for US and international shipments
    Canada Post for shipments within Canada
    As all shipments require signature upon delivery. Please note, we do not ship to P.O.Boxes. Should you choose to waive the requirement for signature upon delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse or replace lost or stolen shipments.

  • What are your processing / shipping times?
  • Please note that processing times vary per item, which will be indicated on the corresponding product page. Once an order is processed, it is dispatched via express post, which takes 1-3 business days for US orders (via DHL or UPS) and 3-5 business days for International orders (via DHL or UPS) and Canadian orders (via Canada Post).

  • How do I check the status of my order?
  • We know patience is hard when it comes to jewellery, follow the steps below to stay up to date on its status:
    Login to your Mejuri Account → Select “My Orders” → Your order status will appear
    Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information to keep an eye on its activity as it makes its way to you.

  • What about duties & taxes?
  • United States and Canada: Duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

    United Kingdom: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for UK customers and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

    International:There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Should you want to return your item, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • What is your Return Policy?
  • We offer quick and easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a refund, make sure that your items are back at our facilities within 30 days.
    Items must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact.

    United States + Canada: Your return is on us (a.k.a free returns on all orders).

    Europe + Australia: There will be a flat $20 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.

    International (other): There will be a flat $30 return shipping fee deducted from your refunded amount.

    Please note that our Engravable pieces are not eligible for return.

  • What is your Gift Return Policy?
  • Items returned with a valid Mejuri gift receipt are eligible for return and will receive store credit within 60 days of delivery. All other return guidelines (shown above) must be met. You'll then be able to place a new order for the perfect piece.

    Store credit will be issued to your Mejuri Account, so be sure to create one prior to sending your return back to us. Original shipping fees, duties or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

  • What if my product is faulty?
  • Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email at contact@mejuri.com with a photo of the defect, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

  • How do I initiate a return
  • Returns are easy and you can DIY:
    Log into your Mejuri account → “My Profile” under your name → “My Returns”

    You will then be prompted to choose the items eligible for return and input your reason for return and any other details you'd like to include. A prepaid return label will generate and, depending on whether it is a DHL or Canada Post return, you can follow the steps for affixing it and coordinating a pickup.

    If you did not create an account upon checkout, you can create one using the same email address used to place your order and you will see the items eligible for return.

  • How long does it take to process my return?
  • Once received back at Mejuri, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. We’ll send you an email update once we process your return and refund your original method of payment. It can take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to appear back on your credit card or PayPal account.

  • The fine print
  • We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. For orders outside of United States and Canada there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Mejuri will not cover or reimburse these fees.

  • How can I find my ring size?
  • To find your best fit, please refer to this ring sizing chart and follow the instructions. If you’re a half size, it is best to order the next size up. For example if you’re between 6 and 7, place your order for a size 7.

  • SHOULD I ORDER MY REGULAR SIZE FOR CHAIN RINGS?
  • Yes, our Chain Rings are true to size.
  • CAN I TREAT MY CHAIN RING LIKE A REGULAR RING?
  • Yes! The chain used is sturdy and will not break easily, which means you can (and should) wear them everyday. However, chain rings do not slip on as quickly or smoothly as regular rings, they need a little “push”. Try moving the chain ring over your knuckle and roll it down your finger, don't be scared to use a little force. If it becomes uncomfortable or too tight, you likely need a bigger size.
  • how do i take care of my jewels?
  • Your Mejuri jewelry requires a little care to keep it looking its best. When not wearing it, keep your jewelry in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains quality. Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door.   • ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CONFLICT-FREE?
  • Yes! We use only high quality, socially-responsible diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices.
  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
  • Each Mejuri order is beautifully gift wrapped and includes a personalized name card. If you wish to further personalize your order with a different name or special message, please send us your request at contact@mejuri.com. We will be happy to accommodate your request at no additional cost.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
  • Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@mejuri.com before it is dispatched from our facilities. To see if it has shipped, log into your Mejuri Account and select “My Orders”.
  • HOW CAN I CHECK MY AVAILABLE CREDIT?
  • To review your available account credit, simply Sign Up / Login to your Mejuri account, click on “Store Credit” and your available credit will be shown.
  • Can i transfer my mejuri credit?
  • We will not transfer your store credit (whether it be earned through referral, gift cards, returned items or any other instance) from one Mejuri account to another. Only the account holder is able to access and use the store credit.
  • WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?
  • We currently charge in USD and CAD. If you’re visiting us from another country, we recommend using xe.com to view up-to-date currency conversions.
  • AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
  • Some items at Mejuri are limited edition, which means they are not likely to be restocked. Others may take longer to process or are in very high demand. The best way to stay in the know and be notified is by adding your email to the waitlist or by signing up to our newsletter, as we introduce new items often.
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

  • DHL REFUSED MY RETURN SHIPMENT
  • This is likely because they are requesting a commercial invoice. However, our DHL commercial invoices are paperless. This goes for both US and international return shipments. Should you have any trouble with DHL accepting your return, feel free to mention this to them or reach out to us. We'll be happy to help!
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PREORDER ITEMS?
  • Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. We also cannot cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping.
  • WHAT IS YOUR GIFT RETURN POLICY?
  • Items returned with a valid Mejuri gift receipt are eligible for return and will receive store credit within 60 days of delivery. Just be sure that all other return guidelines are met. You can read more about this in our Return Policy.
  • CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNTS?
  • A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any type of discounts. Mejuri has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
  • Absolutely! If you'd like to adjust the shipping address or change the items in your order, please send us an email at contact@mejuri.com or a text message at +1 (310) 597-4745 with your order number and change you'd like to make. Please note that we are unable to accommodate any order changes once your order has already been dispatched from our facilities.
  • Is there a warranty?
  • Our jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • What happened to the referral program?
  • As of October 19th 2017, we no longer offer our give $20, get $20 referral program. We'll be rolling out new community features in the future, so as always, stay tuned!
  • What happens if I refuse my shipment?
  • Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping charged to Mejuri. If you want to make any order adjustments, please be sure to reach out to us at contact@mejuri.com before your order is dispatched.

  • Your Mejuri jewelry requires a little care and attention to keep it looking its best. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend not exposing them to harsh chemicals, avoid humidity and keep them in its pouch when not wearing them. This reduces the risk of scratching and ensures their lasting quality.


  • 925 STERLING SILVER
  • Sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. We plate our jewelry in rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability.
    Avoid water and wear your pieces often, as the oils of your skin help to keep silver from oxidizing. To store them, simply use a Ziploc plastic bag or your Mejuri pouch to keep oxygen at bay.

  • 14K GOLD
  • Pure gold is the only precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor, since it contains no oxides.
    Gold should be polished fairly often in order to maintain its beauty and patina. Using a gentle cloth, or lightly scrubbing with a soft toothbrush (and warm water) is an effective way to keep gold jewelry looking its best.

  • Gold Vermeil
  • To put it simply, gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 10 carat and at least 1.5 microns thick.
    Never wear your vermeil jewelry in the shower, or when swimming or exercising, as this could damage or discolour it permanently.

  • Composed of pure carbon, a diamond is the hardest natural substance found on earth. However, they can still suffer chips and small fractures from sharp blows.
    Clean your diamonds with warm soapy liquid and a soft toothbrush, rinsing the stone and setting afterwards to ensure there is no residue.

  • Pearls
  • Pearls are sensitive in nature, so like any fine jewelry, they require careful handling, cleaning and storage.
    Make sure they are the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you take off when you come home. Avoid getting them into direct contact with chemicals found in perfume or other cosmetics.

  • A gemstone is a mineral highly valued for its beauty, longevity, and rarity.
    All gemstones are vulnerable to damage by chemicals and water. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may also cause certain gemstones to become paler.
